ReelZoom operates https://reelzoom.app/ and the free browser-based tools available on this website. For privacy enquiries contact us at: privacy@reelzoom.app.

2. What We Collect

We collect two categories of data, both through third-party services only:

• Analytics data — pages visited, session duration, country, device type, browser. Collected via Google Analytics 4. No personally identifiable information is collected unless you have granted consent.
• Advertising data — ad impressions, clicks, and inferred interests. Collected via Google AdSense when you have granted consent. When consent is declined, only non-personalised contextual ads are served.

We do not collect: your name, email address, account information, uploaded images, or any project data created using our tools. All tool data stays in your browser's local storage and is never transmitted to us.

3. Cookies

We use the following categories of cookies:

• Strictly necessary — stores your cookie consent preference (rz_consent_v1). Cannot be disabled.
• Analytics — Google Analytics 4 cookies (_ga, _ga_*). Only set after you accept cookies.
• Advertising — Google AdSense cookies. Only set after you accept cookies.

You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser's local storage, or by using the browser's cookie settings. Declining cookies means analytics and personalised advertising cookies will not be set.

4. How We Use Your Data

• To understand which features of our tools are most used (analytics)
• To serve advertisements that fund the free availability of our tools (advertising)
• To improve site performance and fix errors

We do not sell your data to any third party. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

We use the following third-party services which have their own privacy policies:

Google may transfer data to servers outside your country. Google's data processing is governed by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses.

9. Data Retention

Google Analytics retains user-level data for 14 months by default. Aggregated reporting data has no expiry. We do not retain any personal data on our own servers.

10. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us at privacy@reelzoom.app and we will take steps to delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
