ReelZoom provides free browser-based creative tools for content creators. The tools run entirely client-side in your browser. No uploaded images or project data are transmitted to our servers. Use of the service is free and does not require registration.

2. Acceptable Use

You may use our tools for personal and commercial projects. You may not:

• Use the tools to create content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the tool's source code
• Use automated scripts or bots to access or scrape the service
• Attempt to circumvent any security or access controls on the site
• Re-host or repackage the tool on another domain or platform

3. Intellectual Property

The source code, design, and all original content of ReelZoom are proprietary and protected by copyright. You receive no licence to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the service.

Content you create using the tools (exported videos, animations) is entirely yours. We claim no rights over your output.

4. Advertisements

The service is funded by advertising. Ads are served by Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. Ad personalisation is subject to your cookie consent choice.

5. No Warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any particular result. Your use of the tools is entirely at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ReelZoom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including any loss of data or output files.

7. Third-Party Links

The service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those sites.

8. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We may also update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India / Kolkata. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
